Tia Napolitano is the showrunner and an executive producer for the CBS original drama, FIRE COUNTRY.

Tia began her career in the Shondaland camp, with credits including GREY’S ANATOMY, SCANDAL and STATION 19 on ABC.  Most recently, she worked under fellow Shondaland alumni Joan Rater and Tony Phelan on NBC’s COUNCIL OF DADS and then as showrunner for Freeform’s CRUEL SUMMER.  Tia has a BA in Journalism and English from NYU.  She’s a native of Massachusetts and currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their two cats, Chicken and Pickle. Tia is passionate about telling female-driven stories and boosting underrepresented voices and issues.
